A space walk
Description
Play as an engineer astronaut who is inspecting a space station for its piloting system. Many plot twists will unfold as the player finds out that the space station is not what it seems to be.
Controls
WASD to move
walk up to interact with NPCs and press space to continue
Pranks
This game is related to the readings because it pranks the player through its narrative. The player will be going through the game, and the structure of the world will change because of new, shocking info that the player will find by interacting with objects. I don't want to get into specifics because the surprise is half the fun of the game, but the parts that are pranks should be obvious once played..

This was an interesting game. I thought that it was pretty well done for the most part, though I noticed a spelling error and the exits leading to other rooms were often on a single tile even when the passage was wider than that, making me have to find the exact tile I need to move to in order to progress. Other than that, I liked the game. It was an interesting theme and the twist at the end fit the theme of the jam.

I really enjoyed playing your game it was fun and the jokes landed pretty well as per me. especially the ending was crazy didn't excepted that at all. I also liked the art work u did and the colour palette you used it did give out a spacey vibe for sure.

Really well done; I enjoyed this one a lot. The art was simple but fit very well, and the narrative was funny and pretty well written (minus the misspelling of docking at the beginning and a few other minor hiccups with the dialogue box). The only real complaint I have is that transitioning to another screen often requires you to stand in a specific spot, which can easily be rectified by adding more exits, although this takes more time.
Overall, very creative and unique; the ending was also really good and I certainly wasn't expecting it. Well done.

I loved this game. Had a lot of fun playing it, and that's saying a lot considering Bitsy doesn't let you explore with a lot of things. I loved the writing of the game, the goofiness of everything that is going on, and the weirdness of it. The end is a real Ah-Ha moment, and also a big realization.

I actually really enjoyed this, nicely done! The visuals were great and there's some good story telling here with nice variety. The story was fun to go through. The gameplay is a bit wanting, would have liked some interaction and activities, but otherwise good. Functionally it is pretty close to good - some transitions require very precise areas to hit so that could be fixed. Creativity wise, I like the story and theme and the ending was great in terms of pranks. This was funny to go through. Thematically I think you hit it with the prank theme. The only thing I'd say is in the beginning would be good to have a little moment of a "stereotypical" prank of some astronaut pranking you - and then go deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole as you have done. Anyways, Awesome!

Cool ideas, the space looks really good and I specially like the start where you are docking the ship. Though it is misspelled, "docing". The game is only walking and talking, so there isn't much to do. And moving from area to area is a little annoying since you need to be in a specific space. Both twists are funny, and the meteor idea is very cool. However the ending seemed a little rushed. I like the twist that it's a movie, but every part after passing the meteor seemed a little confusing. I went to the top part, it sent me to space then I went to the moon and it was a movie. It's a lot at once to process, hence me calling it somewhat rushed and confusing.
